Paul Friend has been involved in leadership roles in charity and church for the last 25 years. He is passionate about team leadership and developing a healthy leadership culture. Paul leads the charity South West Youth Ministries in the UK and lives with his family in Devon.
Right now we have many leadership examples that are focused on celebrity, ego and status. I think there’s more that a little cynicism and scepticism around that style of leadership. I believe we can encourage greater leadership humility.
