Phil was born in Nigeria to missionary parents and has lived in the Bristol area for the last 38 years, with his wife Annie. He has two adult children, Abi and Joe. Phil 'lives life to the full' and is passionate about surfing, nature, photography and skateboarding, and his strong Christian faith is at the heart of who he is.
