Samy Wilson nee Precalavathi Sinnasamy, a Tamil, educated in a Convent in Malaysia. Studied nursing and midwifery in UK. Married a Lancashire lad, Bryan and worked as a nurse and midwife for thirteen years in the UK and thirty-five years in Northern Canada.
I went to work in Canada and the Northwest Territories. I worked amongst the Nunavut, the First Nations people, in community health nursing, dealing with day-to-day community needs and emergency care.
